Boutique Preti, a minimalist design that is always fashionable
Pavia, Italy
The Preti Boutique of Belgioioso is characterised by a minimalist yet elegant design that continues to set trends despite the passing years.
Architect Redo Maggi designed the 600 square metre shop on two floors, playing with a successful contrast between the white of the plasterboard storage walls, the dark tone of the wenge oak counters and the transparency of the crystal of the bannister that emphasises the staircase leading to the first floor.
Light also becomes a design element as it emphasises the clean cuts of the niches, enhancing the areas of interest while creating a soft, relaxing atmosphere.
The polished steel of some of the details and the satin-finished steel of the cash desk add an even more modern touch to the entire environment.
The plasterboard walls are cleverly distributed over the two floors, and in addition to separating the rooms, they house display niches embellished with copper back panels that enhance the products with an original and exclusive touch.
